Powder Creek Ranch Bed and Breakfast is nestled into a valley with over 360 acres in the heart of the Oregon Coast mountains. Just a short, scenic drive to nearby Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda where you can play at the beach. There is plenty of outdoor recreation and fun for everyone! Wildlife abounds at the Ranch. We’ve been feeding the deer in the backyard for over 40 years, have a resident herd of elk, wild geese and ducks on the ponds. If you’re looking for hiking trails, explore the Ranch or enjoy a nearby waterfall trail through the forest.
The Three Capes scenic drive meanders along bays, estuaries and quaint villages along the Pacific Ocean. There are trails to a working lighthouse, the “Octopus Tree”, agate beaches and through the forest to the tip of Cape Lookout.
Head to Tillamook to visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory or Blue Heron Cheese Factory for cheese sampling. The Tillamook Air Museum is housed in a World War II blimp base that is the largest wooden building in the world and is truly “awesome”.
